Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the websites, online services, and SMS programs operated by Landmark Baptist Church (“Landmark Baptist Church,” “Gospel 903,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), including gospel903.com and any related subdomains (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. About Us

Gospel 903 is a ministry of Landmark Baptist Church, a 501(c)(3) non-profit religious organization based in Haines City, Florida. The Services exist to broadcast Christian programming, share ministry updates, accept donations, and communicate with our listeners and supporters.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Services. If you are under 18, you must have permission from a parent or guardian. By using the Services, you represent that you meet these requirements.

3. Donations

Donations made through the Services are processed by third-party payment providers (currently Stripe). All donations to Landmark Baptist Church are tax-deductible to the extent permitted by U.S. law. Donations are non-refundable except where required by law or at our sole discretion.

4. SMS / Text Message Program

By providing your mobile phone number and opting in — through our online forms, by texting a keyword to one of our short codes or long codes, or by another documented opt-in method — you consent to receive text messages from Gospel 903 related to:

  • Song requests you send to our DJs
  • Account and donation alerts related to pledges, payments, and giving you have made or set up
  • Confirmation and informational messages related to your opt-in

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply per your wireless carrier’s plan. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you reply STOP, you will receive one final confirmation, and we will not send you further messages from that program. You may opt back in at any time by replying START or by completing our opt-in form again.

For help, reply HELP to any of our messages or email contact@gospel903.com. Standard support responses include program information and opt-out instructions.

We will not share your mobile phone number or SMS opt-in data with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. SMS opt-in data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Services to:

  • Violate any law or regulation
  • Infringe on the rights of others
  • Transmit harmful, harassing, or unlawful content
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users’ accounts
  • Interfere with the operation of the Services

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Services — including text, audio, graphics, logos, and software — is owned by Landmark Baptist Church or its licensors and is protected by U.S. and international copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent, except for personal, non-commercial use.

7. Third-Party Services

The Services may link to or integrate with third-party services (e.g., Stripe for payments, our SMS carrier for messaging, our radio streaming provider). We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of those third parties. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and policies.

8. Disclaimers

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Landmark Baptist Church, its officers, directors, employees, and volunteers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Services.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Effective date” above. Your continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Services will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Polk County, Florida.
